Property Tax Returns Referrals – T&C’s.

1. In order to receive the cash referral fee or refund of past fees paid the referred client referred has to sign up as new business, complete and pay for their rental property return, before we will pay out the referral fee.

2. The referral fee only applies for the first years return and is calculated on the base cost of the rental property service provided. It does not apply to additional work undertaken for the client.

3. The maximum referral fee that Property Tax Returns will pay is $50.00 per client referred.
