Our property experts will compile your rental property summary making sure that every applicable deduction has been taken advantage of. We will then combine the rental income or loss with any salary and wages the Look Through Company (LTC) shareholders may have earned and file an IR7 LTC Income Tax return together with 1 or more IR3 Individual Income Tax returns with Inland Revenue on your behalf.
Once we have filed the IR7 and 1 or more IR3’s we will provide an Income Statement and Tax Summaries to keep for your records. In addition, Inland Revenue will issue assessments which should be retained.
When the work is complete, we will issue an invoice for our services which will be payable within 14 days. Following this, Inland Revenue will issue an assessment which will show the due date of any tax payable.
